Dear Mark and Laura,

We had our wedding at Iroquois Springs two weekends ago, and we just wanted to thank you for hosting us and tell you what a wonderful time we had. The camp was ideal for what we had in mind; we were able to spend relaxing time with all of our guests throughout the weekend in a very laid-back setting, and then we had a fantastic party in the dining hall on Saturday night. Your buildings and facilities are so well-kept and beautiful.

Beyond the amazing setting, what really made our wedding weekend perfect was your incredible staff. We've been working with Brian for several months to plan everything, and he was helpful and accommodating every step of the way. Gary was there to greet us when we arrived on Wednesday with our friends to get things set up, and he was always there making sure that everything went smoothly. Gary was consistently kind, helpful and calm. Brian joined us the next day and between the two of them, and we knew that every detail was taken care of. Geraldine made sure that we had everything we needed in the cabins, and responded quickly to any requests. The crew of helpers in the kitchen, driving the golf carts, and keeping things clean were good-natured and efficient. We couldn't have been happier with the “chauffeur” service - our guests got where they needed to go without having to wait, and always with a smiling driver! Brandon did most of the shuttling on Saturday and we got so many compliments on how professional and sweet he was to our guests.

There were so many details that were taken care of for us that made the weekend wonderful - camp fires were set up each night, beer was kept cold, canoes were available, the grounds were always clean and neat. Tables, chairs, food, and ice just seemed to magically appear all weekend, but I know that there were many people working hard to make it all work seamlessly.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend! It was exactly what we wanted, and your staff really made it come together for us. I know that you generally cater to large groups, but we'd be more than happy to give a glowing reference if you have any other potential clients thinking about having a wedding or other private event at Iroquois Springs.
