End of Online Spring Mailing Forms

Here are your next steps:

  1. Download and Print Health Form.
    It must be filled out by your doctor and mailed to us by June 1st at the summer address on your left.
  2. Download and read the clothing packing list.
  3. Download and read the flyers about transportation from New York's Port Authority Bus Terminal and Newark Airport (EWR) to Camp.
  4. So that we may get to know you and greet you upon your arrival at camp, please email a picture of yourself to Brian at brian@iroquoissprings.com. Please be sure to include your name in the email.
