Welcome Iroquois Springs Staff Member to Summer 2008!

It is a pleasure welcoming you to camp this summer and we hope you are as enthusiastic about the upcoming summer as we are. There are many new and exciting things happening at camp this summer and we are glad you will be part of them. So that we may facilitate a smooth arrival, we ask that you complete the following on-line forms and print those that need to be returned to us via mail.

As you know, general staff orientation begins Saturday, June 21, 2008. Orientation will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. (If your contract has a different arrival date than above, please report to camp on the date outlined in your signed contract - this applies to most activity specialist, support staff & leadership staff.) The information contained here includes your medical form, staff questionnaire, emergency contact form, transportation form, Port Authority bus instructions and packing list.

Please review all of the materials and be sure to complete the online forms and return the medical form via mail to our summer office by June 1, 2008. We must have these forms as soon as possible in order to make all of our final preparations.

Upon your arrival to camp for orientation, we will ask you to check in at our “Welcome Table” where you will receive your “Welcome Package” that will include your staff reference guide and other valuable information that we will refer to during orientation.

We look forward to seeing you for the start of camp! Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at once. We will be in our winter office until May 15, and at the summer address after that date. Have a safe trip!
