The following are important and mandatory forms that must be completed prior to your arrival at camp. This information is critical to ensuring your smooth arrival this summer.

  2. Next, The health form must be downloaded, printed, filled out by your doctor and returned to us by June 1st.
  3. Finally, there is some useful information that you can download and print out to help facilitate your arrival.
